2. The diamond must either be in stock or expected to arrive within a two-month period.
3. The diamond must achieve a grading that is equal to or superior to that of ALUXE in all aspects specified by GIA or IGI.
4. An GIA or IGI certificate is required; personal or in-house certificates will not be accepted.
5. All promotions, pricing details, and product information must be verifiable through the brand’s official website.
6. Refunds may be granted with receipts from other brands, provided that the order date, pick-up date, certificate from IGI or GIA, and store seal are included.
7.The refund claim must be made within 7 days from the date of the order.
